14 days to the TMK Social Enterprise deadline and we would love more applications. We have had some amazing submissions and want the project to bring creative entrepreneurs together to succeed whilst supporting each other and working in partnership. It doesn't matter what stage you're at as long as you have the passion and motivation to make positive change. - we'll help with the rest.

The Missing Kind’s enterprise school is aimed at people of all ages who have the passion, the vision and the potential to start up a business that meets a social gap in the community but need a helping hand to get started.
Jacqui Starling from Lola Stafford Consulting Ltd and Hilary from the Hilary Hale Consultancy have partnered with The Missing Kind to lead the classes and all training will be tailored to individual strengths and vulnerabilities through a programme over 9 weeks to identify your potential, help you develop business skills and guide you through the processes of a business start-up.

Group workshops ranging from business communication and ethics to writing business plans, elevator pitches and grant bids Confidence building and motivational techniques 1 to 1 support and guidance The opportunity to pitch for an interest free start up loan (sponsored by a “Proud to be Kind” company: Glazing Vision of Diss) Post loan support and guidance Targeted business development mentors
Saturday August 20th - Application deadline
Saturday September 10th - Workshops commence for 9 weeks Session times 9.30am - 1pm
Places are free and we may be able to contribute to travel expenses
